The device for the delivery of paste substances, especially printing ink in a press, has a cylindrical holder for cartridges and a movable plunger (20) for pressing out the substance. A guide cylinder (18) is fitted in the holder, and the cartridge consists of a flexible tubular film (14) which by one end is connected to a bottom piece (10) which includes a valve (12) opening into the cartridge under a predetermined pressure. The plunger is installed in the guide cylinder behind the cartridge.
