Method for synthesizing a strongly adsorbing titanium dioxide solution (I) with particle sizes in the nanometer range comprises diluting, neutralizing and purifying a titanium complex in a defined acidic liquid to form a cleaned titanium hydroxide- or titanium acid powders, precipitating the obtained powder in the acidic fluid to synthesize a crystalline titanium dioxide sol/gel with particle sizes in the nanometer range, which has photo catalytic and self cleaning characteristics. A deforming process under defined conditions, in which the cleaned titanium acid is agitated with deionized water to form uniform mixing and a forming process, in which a sol/gel is formed from a solution, that is already added to the deforming step, by adjusting the pH value, separating, filtering the sol/gel and packaging.
