The test system for a rapid determination of antigens and/or antibodies, in biological fluids, uses a reagent mixture (1) of the known antigens and/or antibodies and additionally additives and buffers including at least one polysaccharide, disaccharide, monosaccharide and a synthetic water-soluble polymer in a vessel with a cover (2).
