Differentiation of proteins comprises: preparing an antibody composition, preparing a differentiation reagent; and preparing a support with wells for the antibody composition and a well for specimens. The antigens in the specimen are separated by electrophoretic treatment in the well and reacted with the antibody composition in the presence of the differentiation reagent. Independent claims are included for: (A) apparatus for differentiation of proteins using the method; (B) test kits for differentiation of proteins comprising a support as described, an antibody composition and a differentiation reagent; (C) pharmaceuticals for prevention and treatment of cancers and pre-cancers containing a fungal extract and optionally supports and fillers; (D) food supplements for prevention and treatment of cancers and pre-cancers containing a fungal extract and optionally supports and fillers, food supplements with immunomodulating effects containing a fungal extract and optionally supports and fillers; (E) use of fungal extracts to produce pharmaceuticals for prevention and treatment of cancers and pre-cancers; (F) use of fungal extracts to produce pharmaceuticals for targeted destruction of tissue, use of fungal extracts to produce pharmaceuticals with immunomodulating activity; (G) use of fungal extracts for prevention and treatment of cancers and pre-cancers; and (H) use of fungal extracts as described, in which the extract is produced by suspending fungi in a nutrient medium, disrupting their cell walls, incubating and filtration. ACTIVITY : Cytostatic; Immunomodulator; Antiangiogenic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
