The method involves calibrating a measuring system e.g. contact-less sensor (1), during the measuring procedure with a contact-less, long-term-stable and slip-free procedure. The procedure concerns with a short-term stable touching procedure at a perambulator or roller with a rotary generator, and a running cylinder and a motor, and with the long-term stable contact-less procedure at a laser-doppler-velocimeter.
