Generator obtains energy from waves in which are positioned paddles or floats which move with the waves in the vertical and/or in the horizontal direction. The paddles and/or floats are connected to plates with electrical conductors such as copper strip conductors. The plates move between north and south poles of two permanent magnet cells. The strip conductors are connected in series or in parallel so that a storage battery is injected through an electrical line formed between the magnets. Preferred Features: A plate with active conductors or wires and a corresponding long magnetic cell are used for an inductive part.
