The turbocharger has a stopper (20) designed at an actuator mount (16) for an actuating unit so that the stopper unit restricts the movement of the actuator unit towards closure adjustment of guide vanes on predetermined setting angle of the guide vanes. The actuating unit includes a crank connected with the adjustment and an actuator rod connected with the actuator. The actuator rod is flexibly connected with the crank.
