The reflector has a reflection unit (3) provided with a reflection surface, where the reflection unit is connected with a cover layer. The cover layer lies at a distance behind a light pane (1), which is provided with illuminated optics at its inner side. The reflection surface forms a lower surface of the reflection unit that has curved outer side. The reflection unit and the cover layer consist of a red color plastic. An independent claim is also included for method for manufacturing a reflector.
