The system has an intake manifold (200) comprising a runner, and an opening/closing part (340) for varying runner length of the intake manifold. An actuator drives the opening/closing part, and a vacuum part forms a vacuum chamber to drive the actuator. The vacuum part is disposed on an upper portion of the intake manifold such that noise from the engine is decreased. A cover is disposed on an opening portion of a body.
