The method uses a main body (2) with a membrane bed (6) set into a recess and surrounded by a surface onto which the membrane (3) can be laid. A connection is made between the surface (8) and the edge of the membrane. The connector material (4) is cut to the size of the bed surface (8) and laid thereon. The preformed membrane is laid onto the connector and is pressed together with the connector against the surface. The main body and the membrane are heated to a temperature above the melting point of the connector material and then cooled.
