Use of a local anesthetic, and/or at least part of the local anesthetic preferably from anilide group and/or their derivatives, in the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of diseases such as nervous system (especially dementia, Parkinson's disease or depressions), where the concentration of the local anesthetic in the medicament is greater than 3% (preferably at least 4%). ACTIVITY : CNS-Gen.; Nootropic; Antiparkinsonian; Antidepressant; Neuroprotective. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
