The component part of especially a turbo-engine, has a cooling passage (109) with an outlet opening (117) and a sleeve element (116) divided into a first and a second section, whereby the first section is connected to the outlet opening and the second section protruding from the cooling passage. To protect the protruding section of the sleeve element against natural oscillations and/or temperature effects of a surrounding flow a protective shroud (118) is installed around the sleeve element at least in the region around the circumference of the second section of the sleeve element. An independent claim is included for a turbo-engine with the proposed component part.
