Device for heating domestic or industrial water comprising first heat exchanger (31) for the heating of a heat transfer liquid of industrial water and a secondary heat exchanger (32) for the heat transfer of the exhaust gas to water. The primary cycle contains heat transfer liquid with second heat transfer agent (32) for the transferring heat of the exhaust gas to water. A secondary cycle (43) in which the water from the water reservoir (61) is feed back to device (1) by mean of return pipe (63). The primary cycle is provided with pressure balance container (412) to compensate the pressure fluctuations. Safety device (413) is mounted with pressure gauge (414) and a relief valve (415) operated by push button switch (416). A fuel tank (21) is provided to supply fuel for heating purpose.
