The safety locking plate (1) has bent safety plate which is of 2 to 10 mm preferably 3 mm thick metal and is arranged at the frame (4) and is bent towards outer side of frame, such that the height of the bend is 1 to 5 cm preferably 1.5 cm. The safety locking plate has welded screws, which can be screwed from the opening side of the door (3) so that the loosening of screws from closing side is impossible.
