In a chopping and transporting device for plastics granules (A), based on a collector (9) for (A) consisting of a hollow circular vessel at the bottom of which is a rotating cutter receiver (12) with three blades (13) at the outer ends for pulverizing (A) (in combination with blades (14) fixed to the internal wall) and at the inlet (10) of which is a partially heated conveyor screw (17), a tube (21) connects the collector to a second collector (22) for (A), consisting of a circular tank with a rotating cutter receiving base (24). A chopping and transporting device for plastics granules (A) comprises an inlet receiver (8) downstream of a collector (9) for (A) (consisting of a hollow circular vessel), with an inlet (10) on the cutting point of the inlet receiver aligned with the collector. A rotating cutter receiver (12) with three blades (13) at the outer ends, for pulverizing (A) in combination with blades (14) fixed to the internal wall of the collector, is arranged at the bottom of the collector, such that the force created by the rotation moves (A) evenly into the inlet. A rotation support (18) at the left end of the inlet receiver is fixed to the receiving base (15) for the collector and has a stabilizing mounting point for the left-hand end of a conveyor screw (17). (A) is heated by a heater (19) located at the right-hand end of the inlet receiver and transported to an outlet by the conveyor screw. The novel feature is that a tube (21) at the right-hand end of the collector (9) connects the collector to a second collector (22) for (A), consisting of a circular tank with a rotating cutter receiving base (24).
