The carrier (21) accommodates and holds the ice-creams. The carrier is constructed as a thermal accumulator for sub zero [deg]C temperatures. Suitable cut-outs or depressions are provided for holding the ice-creams; the openings being designed to match e.g. ice cream (7) cones (8) or tubs (41). Adapters are included to adjust the size of the holder openings. The carrier is held by the sidewalls of an insulated container (2).
