The structure comprises a tubular stand (10) where the front fork (40) of the cycle is fixable to the combination element (13) at the back end of the stand. A quick release element (30) has a drive element (31) and a position control element (32) which engages with the ejector block (23) of the ejector device (20). When the drive element is driven the ejector block is moved up and down with the eccentric shaft (321) of the position control element. The front fork is rotatably attached to the combination element by an articulated shaft (131). The top end of the fork is cogged (41) to engage with the bending part (251) of a restrictor element (25). As the ejector block is driven the restrictor element is compressed by the elastic part under the ejector block so that the bending part of the restrictor element is released from or engages in the cogs of the front fork so that the angle between front fork and stand can be adjusted.
