The mud guard (10) has a first adjusted element inserted through the top end of a coupled element and the body of a tightening member to engage with an adjusting element. A first clamping device (20) has a clamping member with a coupled element having top and bottom ends. The body is engaged with the top end of the coupled element. An adjusting element is separated from and received in the body, while the tightening member is partially and tightly received in the orifice of a front fork. An independent claim is included for a clamping assembly.
