The present invention relates to the chimeric promoter comprising at least one nucleic acid sequence, the first promoter derived from a plant comprising a promoter region of the expression plant origin, the said promoter region of vegetable origin, being replaced by a nucleic acid sequence, derived from a second plant promoter and comprising a promoter region of the expression in tissues green vegetables. The present invention also relates to a process for obtaining these promoters, and the expression cassettes, vectors, and transgenic plants containing them.
