The frame (1) has a longitudinal bar, on a face opposite to that (3) for mounting on a wall or other vertical support, fitted with regularly spaced locations (4) for equipment rails (5). The frame is made from an injection mold and forms wiring conduit, wiring connectors (8) and equipment mounting. It has on its inner face (3), wiring channels (6), for conductors (7), with regularly spaced openings onto the bar close to the rail (5) mounts (4). The wiring channels are separated by a vertical wall (9) and the conductors leave the channel via an opening (10), adjacent opening are separated by a wall (11). Near to the openings are the wiring connectors (8).
