The invention concerns a method characterized in that it consists in perforating the shell and the outer shell membrane on the large end of the egg (7) using a small tube (5) and injecting through said small tube the product in the air chamber (18) of the egg (7), under sufficient pressure so that the product reaches the amniotic fluid after passing with pressure through the inner shell membrane. The invention also concerns an injection device for implementing the method.
