A micro-structure incorporates an adherence layer (1) between a substrate (2) and a photostructurable layer (4). The adherence layer is photosensitive and disposed on at least one surface of the substrate. The adherence layer is constituted by a negative resin comprising at least one polymer of the elastomer family and at least one photo-priming component, in solution in an aromatic solvent. An Independent claim is also included for the fabrication of this micro-structure.
