The device has a sleeve (2) mounted on a forearm crutch (1) and comprising three feet (4), where sleeve can slide between low and high position on the crutch. Lower ends of the feet (4) are situated above a base (3) of the crutch when the sleeve is in high position. The lower end is situated in plane of the base for taking support on ground and maintaining the crutch in vertical position, when the sleeve is in low position. An independent claim is also included for a forearm crutch.
