The device has a clamp unit (10) fixed on a vehicle and a holding unit (20) connected to the clamp unit. The holding unit receives and retains a portable equipment rigidly. An integrated unit connects a portable equipment to an electrical network and/or a network transmitting an analog signal or a digital signal of a motor vehicle when the equipment is retained by the holding unit. The integrated unit is constituted by a fixed interface (31), a complimentary interface (32) and an external interface connected to the complimentary interface. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle.
