The device has parabolas (3) joined with each other to canalize and concentrate a wave on a pyramidal deflector (7), where one part of the wave is evacuated by a port (6). The deflector fragments and directs the wave towards the back of the parabolas and an inner side of walls of housing. An absorbing material (4) in the housing definitively absorbs the wave by progressive and definite reduction of a space where the wave propagates.
