The device has a set of static deflectors composed of cone (2) and disposed in a loudspeaker enclosure (7) around an acoustic wave emitting source, where the deflectors are manufactured from a thick material e.g. ceramic. The deflectors are ideally fixed to internal walls of the enclosure by a vibration absorbing material and modify the propagation of the acoustic waves from the radial propagation to the tangential propagation towards outside.
