The assembly has a seatbelt fitting (2) with an opening having an introduction zone (8) and a locking zone (10) for receiving a bolt. A flexible stop unit (11) is fixed movably on the fitting such that the unit is moved by movement of the bolt in the zone (10) and a projection (28) of the unit is moved outside and then moved inside after the passage of the bolt to avoid release of the bolt from the zone (10).
