The device has a recycled gas inlet (11) and an exhaust gas by-pass outlet arranged respectively in a fuel inlet line (1) and an exhaust line of an engine. An exhaust gas recycling pipe (3) is connected to the line (1) by covering holes (111, 112) outside the line (1) and along respective injection directions (D1, D2) to form gas lines. The gas lines dissipate kinetic energy by colliding with each other in the line (1). An independent claim is also included for a method of recycling an exhaust gas for a heat engine.
