The clip has a ring body (1) with a semi-cylindrical opening (6) extending transversally by a guide drill (8). A slide (4) subjected to action of a return spring is movable between a locking position in which it penetrates the opening and a release position in which it is withdrawn elastically. An operating lever (2) displaces the slide from the release position to the locking position against the force of spring.
