A solid water-in-oil emulsion comprises an aqueous phase (A1). (A1) is emulsified with at least one emulsifying surfactant in a fatty phase comprising at least one ester oil and at least one wax, where the ester oil is present in an amount greater than the wax, and the emulsion has, after at least one month at 37[deg]C, a hardness, where the penetration force is = 45 g.
