PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF EMULSIONS BASED ON POLYMERIC EMULSIFIER/SURFACTANT MIXTURES WITH REGARD TO OIL PHASE

摘要

In this study, physical properties of emulsions with a polimeric emulsifier (Pemulen TR-2~(~R) on-ionicsurfactant (Polysorbate 80) mixtures have been investigated, with a view of achieving a better understanding of the influence of oil phase type and non-ionic surfactant concentration on emulsion properties. Dynamic rheological parameters of the emulsions, the storage and loss moduli indicate that oil phase type influences consistency of the emulsions.
