The method involves finish forging a primary part using a die by a press, where the finish forging is effectuated in two successive and complementary stages for two portions of the part. The forging is effectuated from a preform (50) for the primary part. The preform is formed with transversal sections of trapezoidal or hexagonal form. The dimension of the preform is parameterized to utilize maximum power of the press. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a method for fabricating a hollow blade for a turbomachine (B) a set of dies for forging a primary part.
