The structure has a bidirectional valve (3) to allow new air inside a pocket (1) and swelling of the pocket, when a cap (3a) of the valve is unscrewed. The pocket is deformed by partial evacuation of air in one direction, according to manual control of the valve by a carrier, after apposition of the pocket at a support place of the carrier and identification of hard contact zones, to correspond and take shapes of support zones.
