The vehicle has a tube type body surrounding a pilot and a drive train for allowing air to be channelized towards a vacuum left at rear of the vehicle. A floor running along a length of the vehicle has a shape of a gutter inclined from rear towards front of the vehicle. Side walls of the body are made convex, and retractable aerodynamic tip-control surfaces are installed on top of the body.
