The vehicle has a track with a train of parabolic shaped blades and guided by a rim (10) of wheels. The blades have variable angles that are determined by a manual device or by controlling a power level of the vehicle. Each blade has an articulation around which the blade pivots, and a finger on which a slide acts, where the slide pivots on an axis according to a speed of the vehicle.
