Composition (I) comprises: a mixture (A) (5-30 wt.%) comprising a polyethylene carrying epoxy group and an impact modifier (entirely or partly functionalized) (elastomers or very low density polyethylenes); and a mixture (B) (95-70 wt.%) comprising a fluorinated polymer (B1) (1-60 wt.%) and a functionalized fluorinated polymer (B2). Independent claims are also included for: (1) a structure comprising a layer made up of (I); and (2) a device for the storage or transfer of fluids comprising the structure.
