Obtaining soluble fraction in liquid form by diluting in an aqueous solution and in solid form by freezing, drying or atomization. The fluorochromes are carbocyanines or styryls. The cyclodextrins are in the form of 6'-(N'-methylthioureido)-6'-desoxy-cyclomaltoheptaose, mono-3,6-anhydro-cyclomaltoheptaose, heptakis-6- ethanolamino-6-desoxy-cyclomaltoheptaose, 6'-(propane-1,3-diamine)-6'-desoxy-cyclomaltoheptaose and heptakis (2,6-di-O-methyl) cyclomaltoheptaose. An independent claim is also included for soluble fluorescent complex.
