The device has a body (1) with an initial adjusting screw, transfer axle (2), a regulation unit (3), and locking nuts (6). The axle is limited by a maxi safety stop (4), to limit a rise in useless pressure during an increase in abnormal temperature. The axle relays the thrust on the membrane of a gas pressure regulator on a mini safety stop (5) to maintain a minimum operating pressure, during a high reduction of the temperature.
