The blind has a reflector film constituted of metal-coated plastic material film pasted on a shining aluminum film. The reflector film is micro-perforated, and directed towards sun. A light blue hydrophobic material e.g. polypropylene, is pasted at back side of the aluminum film and is directed towards users. Metallic sheets are provided on front and rear sides of the reflector film for prohibiting propagation of oxygen.
