The system has rotating speed sensors to acquire rotation speeds of wheels (1-4) of a vehicle, and a steering lock angle sensor to acquire steering lock angle of a steering wheel (8) of the vehicle. A computer (7) detects loss of drivability of the wheel (1) by receiving information from the rotation speed sensors and analyzing the rotation speeds to activate the operation of braking units (9, 10) of the wheels (1, 2).
