A fixation point (F) is placed in a lower part (J) of each movable wall (A) to fix two towing chains (G) connected to a pulling point sliding on a pulley (S) connected to the unit (R). The lower part (J) has a location to house a mass (K) permitting the ballasting of each movable wall (A).
