The device further comprises: a mechanical device comprising roller (30) on which the fabric (23) is rolled and transformed into the draining layer; a driving medium for roller rotation; a scraper to recover the dried sludge induced by the fabric for displacement of the sludge; a greenhouse (60), which extends above the dry layer (20); a ventilator for generating air circulation around the sludge; a supplier which brings the liquid sludge to cover the fabric with sludge; and a flocculating element to flocculates the sludge before covering the fabric with sludge. The fabric layers (23, 24) are fixed on the draining layer (21, 22). The water with the sludge (1) percolates into the draining layer and the porous layer allows water from the sludge flow out through the fabric. An independent claim is included for sludge treatment using the above device.
