The hook (100) has a finger (12) movable around a pivot axle of a locking part (19) of a locking device between closed and open positions, where the axle extends perpendicular to the finger. The part (19) is mounted, with limited pivoting, near a female hooking unit of the finger with an elastic connection stressing the part (19) towards a locked position, when the finger is in the closed position. A slight clearance (22) separates the finger from a folded intermediate part of a steel wire forming the locking part.
