The ring has a ring body (3) which supports distinct pile of disks (1) of different diameters, where the disks are crossed by an axle (2) that is off-centered with respect to respective centers. The disks are arranged one above another in an increasing manner, where the disk of large diameter is at base of the pile and the disk of smaller diameter is at top. The axle is soldered to the disk of smallest diameter and disk of largest diameter to let the intermediate disks movable, where the axle is perpendicular to surface of all the disks.
