The circuit (CI) has two charging pump stages (Et1, Et2) comprising transfer capacitors (capaH1, capaL1, capaH2, capaL2) with semi-conductor electrodes. Terminals of the capacitors (capaH2, capaL2) of one stage (Et2) are respectively connected by connections (CN1, CN2) to terminals of the capacitors (capaH1, capaL1) of the other stage (Et1). Each stage has an NMOS transistor network (Res1) and a PMOS transistor network (Res2) connected between the capacitors.
