PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decision processing method for an unspoken voice in a voice in which the unspoken voice in the voice is surely detected to process a voice signal. PSOLUTION: The decision processing method for the unspoken voice in the voice includes a stage of gathering a voice, a stage of sectioning the gathered voice signal into previously set processing units, a stage of calculating fractal dimensionalities of the voice in the previously set processing units, and a stage of deciding whether the voice is a spoken voice or unspoken voice based upon the calculated dimensionalities.
