PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time, labor and costs from recruiting to employment by eliminating the need of a direct interview between an applicant and a person in charge by using a cellular phone.;SOLUTION: In the recruitment/application support system including a management system 2 on the recruitment subject side, the cellular phone 20A with a moving picture function and a TV phone function or a computer terminal 20C on the applicant side and a communication network 30 for connecting them, the management system 2 has: a WEB server 44 which provides recruitment information and application guidance information and receives application information; a mail server 45 which transmits and receives e-mail; a person in charge terminal 46 which evaluates acceptance and an information accumulation processing means 47, the computer terminal 20C and the cellular phone 20A retrieve the recruitment information and receive application by the application information including character information such as a name, an online interview with the person in charge of employment on the TV phone based on the moving picture function and acceptance information from the management system on the recruitment subject side by the e-mail.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
