PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular stability evaluation device capable of adequately evaluating the stability of a vehicle, correctly obtaining the roll angle, and evaluating the stability of the vehicle with high accuracy based on the lateral movement of the center of gravity of the vehicle. PSOLUTION: A main control unit 2 operates the roll angle based on the lateral acceleration, the force applied in the lateral direction of four wheels, and the force applied in the vertical direction of four wheels, and operates the lateral movement of the center of gravity of a vehicle based on at least the roll angle. The dynamic stability evaluation value for evaluating the dynamic stability during the present traveling is operated based on the lateral movement of the center of gravity, and evaluates the stability of the vehicle according to the dynamic stability evaluation value. If it is evaluated that the vehicle is in a tendency of the roll-over, the signal is output to an alarm control unit 13 to give an alarm to a driver.
