PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a configuration which resolves issues of conventional customer management application systems and registers customer information without duplication and enables users to access available data without consciousness. PSOLUTION: A common communication means 11 receives a processing request formed in a common form from an application and rewrites it to an access language for processing customer information stored in an integrated customer database, and an authentication means 7 determines whether use of a first application should be authenticated or not on the basis of available information stored in an authentication table file in response to reception of use request information for the first application from a client terminal connected via a network and transmits start information to the first application when authenticating the use, and a common communication I/F means 15 forms a processing request transmitted from the client terminal, in the common form and transmits the processing request to the common communication part.
