A server 1 managing the customer information DB 21 calculates, based on the registered information, the event interest, product interest, order result interest and maintenance dependency interest of a customer, and calculates a customer interest retention level. These interest levels and the customer corral level are displayed as customer interest characteristic information to a user terminal device 4 and presented to a sales representative.
